Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, content, courses, subscriptions, community, and study portal provided by The International Skool of Forecasting (ABN 80 653 957 772), based in Brisbane, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Our services
We publish educational material on historical time-cycle forecasting methods, including free library essays and public forecast summaries, paid monograph courses, subscription services, a members community, and a student study portal. The services are provided for educational and research purposes only.
Educational use only — not financial advice
Nothing we publish constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We do not manage money, do not take positions on your behalf, and do not hold a financial services licence in any jurisdiction. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results, and you may lose money. Full details are set out in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
All content we provide — text, video, graphics, methods, and course materials — is owned by The International Skool of Forecasting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access purchased materials for your own learning.
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or share course materials, or share your login with others.
- Enrollment in certain courses requires a non-disclosure agreement and an identity-verification step completed via Stripe Identity (government-issued photo ID and live selfie). Both are mandatory conditions of enrollment. You agree not to disclose confidential method details covered by the non-disclosure agreement.
- Breach of these terms, including sharing access or disclosing confidential material, may result in your access being revoked without refund.
Payments, billing, and the no-refund policy
Prices and payment terms are shown on each product page. Payments are processed by our payment processor. Because intellectual property is delivered in full on enrollment or subscription activation, all courses and subscriptions are sold under a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. Where a service renews, the renewal terms are described on the relevant product page; you are responsible for managing or cancelling a renewal before it is charged.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or harvesting data, interfering with security features, or using the services for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party services and YouTube
Our services rely on third-party platforms, and may reference or embed third-party content, including TradingView, Google, YouTube, our community platform, our video provider, and payment processors. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
We operate a live-streaming service on YouTube and use YouTube API Services. By interacting with our YouTube channel, our live streams, or any embedded YouTube content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that Google’s handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of YouTube API Services is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the services.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
