The no-refund policy.
All courses carry a strict no-refund policy. The material is delivered in full after enrolment, so it cannot be returned like a physical product. This policy protects the value of the work for every member of the community.
If a no-refund policy gives you pause, the library is the right place to read for now. Enrolment should follow a considered decision, not a trial.
